Coming from a three generations family of chocolate artisans, the master pastry chef Paolo Staccoli created two original combinations for Birra Viola, using fine cocoas combined with the hops used for Viola 10th Anniversary.

One of the finest cocoa from the island of São Tomé in the Gulf of Guinea paired with hops used in Birra Viola. Complex and intense aromatic and tasting profile, it begins with a subtle acidity, then stand out marked bitterness and great breadth of typical aromas of roasted cocoa, with fruity notes of apricot, red fruits and citrus fruits. It ends with a good persistence of cocoa in the mouth, for a finish where hops release its aroma as a protagonist.
